Where We Are

The apartment is in the popular residential Balcons d'Eze, Eze Village (as opposed to Eze sur Mer).

A quiet location, yet just 15 minutes' drive to Monaco or to Nice, or if you prefer you can get to the Italian border in only 30 minutes - close enough to go for lunch! Or if you don't fancy the drive, why not take the train from Beaulieu (10 mins away) along the coast to Ventimiglia for the Friday market!

Several golf courses nearby - e.g Monte-Carlo Golf Club at La Turbie (no membership required) 15 mins away.

Nearest beaches at Eze sur Mer, Beaulieu, Villefanche all within 15 minutes.

Eze Village 3 mins walk away - bakery, butcher, grocer, vegetables etc plus various restaurants

There is also a good chemist and newsagents, where you can buy cigarettes and English papers.

There is a swimming pool on site.
