This is a lovely two bedroom flat with balcony, with a beautiful view out over the medieval hill village of Eze, with the sea beyond. If you put the table out on the balcony you can easily seat 4 people, and it’s warm enough to sit out even in winter when it’s sunny.
There’s 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, a very well equipped kitchen (microwave, 4-hob cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, loads of saucepans and dishes etc), bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC. It’s our own flat, not just bought to rent out, so it has a lot of personal things that make it homely.
You have your own private garage, so you know that whatever time you come back (with all your shopping!) you;ve got somewhere secure and safe to park and you won't have to walk for miles.
There's a nice communal pool which is just the place to chill out if you've done enough exploring and just need a lazy day!
All linen and towels (including tea towels) are provided, but not beach towels. Beds will be already made up when you arrive, so you don’t have to do anything on the first day! Peak season is May, June, July, August and September, when the weekly rental is £600. The rest of the year (October to April) the rent is £500 per week. In addition there is a cleaning fee of £65 at the end – this means that the flat is cleaned from top to bottom for the incoming guests.
The rental period is Saturday to Saturday, although we are a bit more flexible in low season. You can move in after 2pm as soon as the cleaners have finished, but you have to collect the key from the agent before mid day before the office closes. We ask you to leave by 10 am on the day of departure.
We ask for payment of 25% at the time of booking, and the balance is payable two calendar months prior to arrival. There’s a deposit of £100 against breakages and this is refunded two weeks after your departure subject to there being no breakages.
