Come and stay in our delightful 2-bedroom apartment with magnificent views out over the medieval hill village of Eze with a backdrop of the sea and Cap Ferrat. You can walk down to the local village (3 mins), cool off in the communal pool, or just sit on the balcony with a glass of wine. Parking is no problem as the appartment has it's own secure garage, so whatever time you come home (with all your shopping!) you can be sure you won't have miles to walk. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc. There's even a resident concierge in case of emergencies.
You’ve got all the advantages of being in a flat – security, on-site concierge, all on same level etc. But at the same time you have a swimming pool (that gets cleaned for you!) and you can sit outside on the spacious balcony – we always put the table out on the balcony, and there’s plenty of room for 4 people to eat round it. It’s sheltered enough for you to have lunch outside even in the winter on sunny days.
This is our own private apartment, so it has lots of our own personal possessions which make it more like a home than just a rented flat. We also leave our CDs, DVDs, and a good collection of videos for all ages in the flat. The TV receives BBC World as well as French television.
